Summer’s hot but, Houston’s popular fan convention, Comicpalooza, is back for yet another round of action this June 17th- 19th at the George R Brown Convention Center! This year Comicpalooza boasts alumni from the casts of the Walking Dead, Aliens, and so much more. Fans who are into gaming can head over and check out anything from tabletop, to video games, to anything in between, including plenty of tournaments for cash prizes and bragging rights although the best bragging rights will come from MechCorps Entertainment searching for giant robot pilots! MechCorps is proud to return to Comicpalooza, bringing their own brand of wanton destruction with their Battletech, giant robot simulator pods! These pods represent the most in depth simulation experience available today. With over 60 separate and functional controls the pilot is in complete control of a 75 ton walking war machine! MechCorps is always looking for fresh recruits and Battlemech training is extremely easy under the watchful eye of the ace pilots of MechCorps. Pilots will be able to join forces with up to eight other human combatants for a futuristic slugfest where only one can emerge victorious!
