News and Announcements

Coronavirus / COVID-19 Sitrep, May 31, 2020:

As we are sure many of you have heard, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has released, on April 27, 2020, an Executive Order relating to the expanded reopening of services offered in Texas effective Friday, May 1, 2020. According to the order, (see page 5) "People shall avoid visiting bars, gyms, public swimming pools, interactive amusement venues such as ... and video arcades,...."

While MechCorps is eager to reopen, is not yet that time.

As businesses in Texas slowly begin to re-open, we want to remind our customers that we will continue to recognize the importance of adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines. It is important to us that everyone feels confident and safe when visiting our store.

Once we are given the release to open our store, we will request that people respect other people's space and keep proper social distancing. We will disinfect the store thoroughly before we open and during the evening. As much as possible, we will work to keep people in the same pod for the evening and provide disinfectant wipes that you can use to keep that pod controls clean. We would also recommend that customers bring their own PPE - mask, gloves, etc. - when around the store or in the store. Neurohelmets and cooling-suits are still recommended when in the BattleMech cockpits.

Feel free to contact us via social media or through our website if you have any questions.
